binding legal agreement between you, the user, and AETHERSTORM TECH S.R.L.
("AETHERSTORM TECH," "we," "us"). These Terms govern your use of all our platforms,
including our official websites, games for mobile and desktop, and any related
features or services we provide (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you have read,
understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part
of this agreement, you must cease using our Services immediately.
1. Your Eligibility to Use the Services
To use our Services, you must meet certain criteria.

under 13, and we prohibit their use. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you
represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms

Each account is for a single user's personal, non-commercial use. You may
not sell, lease, or transfer your account to any other person. We reserve the right
to suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of unauthorized sharing or use.
We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the Services for
personal entertainment. You may not exploit the Services for any commercial purpose,
such as selling In-Game Resources for real money or using our game footage in paid
advertisements, without our prior written permission.
2. About Our Services
AETHERSTORM TECH provides a diverse range of casual gaming experiences, from
downloading and playing our games to engaging with in-game content and making
virtual purchases. We are dedicated to continually improving our Services by adding
new content, features, and enhancements across our portfolio of puzzle, simulation,
and role-playing games.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the
Services at our discretion, which may include changes to game rules, In-Game
Resources, or pricing. While we will endeavor to provide notice of significant
changes, your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes
your acceptance of the new conditions.
3. Code of Conduct for Users
To ensure a positive environment for everyone, you agree to adhere to the following
standards of conduct. Failure to do so may result, at our sole discretion, in the
suspension or permanent termination of your account.

belonging to us or any third party. This includes any attempts to decompile, reverse
engineer, or copy our software.
4. Prohibition of Unlawful Activities. You may not use the Services to
engage in or promote any illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud,
gambling, or money laundering.
5. Fair Play and Integrity. You must compete fairly. The use of cheats,
exploits, bots, or any other method to gain an unfair advantage over other players
is strictly prohibited.
6. No Unauthorized Commercial Activity. You may not use our Services to
advertise or sell goods or services without our express permission. This includes
the unauthorized sale of In-Game Resources for real-world value or promoting
personal products or services through our platform.
7. Service Stability. You must not take any action that could disrupt or
damage our Services, such as launching cyberattacks, spamming, or attempting to
overload our servers.
If your account is terminated due to a violation of these rules, you will
forfeit any In-Game Resources associated with your account, and no refunds will be
provided.
4. Intellectual Property Ownership
All materials within our Services, including the software, graphics, text, audio,
trademarks, and logos, are the exclusive property of AETHERSTORM TECH or our
licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Therefore, you are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or
reverse engineer any part of our content. You may not use our content for commercial
purposes or remove any proprietary notices without our express written consent. Your
right to use this content is limited to personal, non-commercial entertainment as
defined in these Terms.
5. Your Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, and secure your personal information. By using our Services, you agree to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy. 6. In-Game Resources
(I) Nature and Limitations
Resources available in our games (collectively, "In-Game Resources") are
integral to the user experience but hold no real-world monetary value. They are
licensed, not sold, to you for in-game use only and cannot be exchanged for actual
currency or tangible items.
(II) Purchasing and Usage Guidelines
You may acquire In-Game Resources through real-money purchases. All such
transactions are governed by these Terms and the specific rules posted on relevant
transaction pages. Be sure to verify pricing and quantity details prior to
confirming purchases.
(III) Management Rights
We reserve the right to modify the availability, value, and rules concerning
In-Game Resources in line with operational needs. Prior notice will be given
whenever feasible. We also maintain the authority to regulate, adjust, or delete
such assets, and are not liable for any loss you may experience as a result.
(IV) Account Suspension or Termination
Should your account be terminated for breaching these Terms or for any other
lawful reason, you forfeit all associated In-Game Resources. These will be
considered surrendered and are not subject to compensation.
7. Refund Policy
All transactions for In-Game Resources, subscriptions, or other digital content are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including accidental purchases or dissatisfaction with the product.
8. Termination of Services
You may stop using our Services at any time. If you wish to delete your account, you
can do so through the in-app settings or by contacting customer support. Please be
aware that account deletion is permanent and will result in the loss of all your
game progress and In-Game Resources.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if
you violate these Terms or for other operational or legal reasons. Where possible,
we will provide notice before discontinuing a service. Upon termination, your
license to use the Services is revoked, and we are not liable for any resulting
losses, except as required by law.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
We provide the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee
that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not
responsible for any downtime caused by maintenance, technical faults, or external
factors.
While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that all content within the

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising from them will be governed by the laws of
Romania.
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disagreements amicably.
Should we be unable to find a resolution, the matter shall be submitted exclusively
to the competent courts of Romania. The remainder of these Terms will continue to be
in effect during any dispute resolution process.
11. General Provisions
If a court finds any part of these Terms to be unenforceable, the remaining parts
will still be in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these
Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any
changes through our official channels. The new Terms will typically become effective
15 days after notification. Your continued use of the Services after this period
will signify your acceptance of the revised Terms.
All official communications from us will be delivered via in-app messages,
email, or announcements on our website. These notices are considered delivered when
sent.
